Global NewsWater levels stabilize in Quebec, but flood threat continues

Several communities in Quebec are breathing a sigh of relief after water levels from spring flooding have seemingly stabilized. But the flood risk might not yet be over.

“Everybody knows what to do, we’ve been through this before. We’ve got two new neighbours on the street, so we come together and help educate them in the ways of the flood land.” Local resident Chantal Jacques said.
