लेबनान में सीज़फ़ायर के बाद ईरान ने स्ट्रेट ऑफ़ होर्मुज़ को खोल दिया. ईरान की तरफ़ से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि चूंकि लेबनान पर इजराइली हमले बंद हो गए हैं इसलिए अब स्ट्रैट ऑफ होर्मुज़ सबके लिए FREE होगी. अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच सीज़फ़ायर के बावजूद ईरान ने स्ट्रेट को बंद कर रखा था क्योंकि, लेबनान पर इज़राइल ने अपने हमले जारी रखे थे.

Following the ceasefire in Lebanon, Iran has reopened the Strait of Hormuz. A statement issued by Iran declares that, since Israeli attacks on Lebanon have ceased, the Strait of Hormuz is now open to all. Despite the ceasefire between the United States and Iran, Iran had kept the Strait closed because Israel had continued its attacks on Lebanon.
