कांग्रेस नेता पवन खेड़ा को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तेलंगाना हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगा दिया है.. तेलंगाना हाईकोर्ट ने हिमंता की पत्नी पर 3 पासपोर्ट रखने के आरोप के मामले में खेड़ा को अंतरिम जमानत दी थी.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस फैसले पर स्टे लगा दिया है.. इसके बाद पवन खेड़ा पर गिरफ्तारी का खतरा मंडराने लगा है.. आपको बता दें असम पुलिस ने दिल्ली में पवन खेड़ा के घर छापेमारी की थी.. पुलिस के आने से पहले खेड़ा हैदराबाद चले गए थे..
Congress leader Pawan Khera has suffered a major setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has stayed the order issued by the Telangana High Court. The Telangana High Court had granted interim bail to Khera in a case involving allegations that Himanta’s wife possessed three passports. The Supreme Court has now placed a stay on this ruling. Consequently, the threat of arrest once again looms over Pawan Khera. It is worth noting that the Assam Police had previously raided Pawan Khera’s residence in Delhi; however, Khera had departed for Hyderabad before the police arrived.
