Singapore will do its part to strengthen regional resilience: PM Wong
Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said the country will do its part to strengthen regional resilience amid energy disruptions due to the Middle East conflict. He added that as a trading nation, Singapore will facilitate the continued flow of goods and essentials through the country by keeping its trading ports and links open.

The online meeting was chaired by Prime Minister of Japan Sanae Takaichi and attended by leaders and representatives from Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam, along with representatives from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), and the International Energy Agency (IEA).
