NBC News Corpus Christi facing water emergency

Officials in Corpus Christi are sounding the alarm that the city could declare a water emergency in just a few months. With the main reservoirs running dangerously low, both residents and businesses could have to cut back on water usage by as much as 25%. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
