Global security needs rule of law, says ambassador of Dominica to China
As the Global Security Initiative marks its fourth anniversary, a new report warns of intensifying arms races and rising non-traditional threats. Speaking at the launch of the Report on the Global Security Situation (2025) by the China Institute of International Studies, Dominica’s Ambassador to China, Martin Charles, stressed that today’s complex security challenges cannot be solved by any single country alone.
