After Israeli strike, two young men missing under bridge in Southern Lebanon
Two young Lebanese men are missing after an Israeli strike hit a bridge near Tyre in the country’s south. Their last phone signal was traced to the bridge at the time of the bombardment, which occurred hours before a ceasefire took effect on Thursday. Surveillance footage confirmed the men were there at the time of the strike.
Rescuers are searching the river and the rubble for any sign of the two men. As Israeli strikes reduce buildings to layers of debris, many remain missing—and families are still waiting for answers.
