France and UK chair meeting to discuss reopening Strait of Hormuz
France and Britain are chairing a meeting to figure out how to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, as a US blockade enters the fourth day. Around 40 countries — excluding the US and Iran — are taking part in the talks, which seek to reaffirm support for freedom of navigation and lay the groundwork for a possible defensive multinational mission, once conditions allow. Olly Barratt reports from London, while Mr Daniel Levy, president of the US/Middle East Project think-tank and a former adviser to the Israeli government, shares more about the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire.
