Cyclist sent flying after crash at Hougang zebra crossing
A 51-year-old man was taken to hospital after a car crashed into his bicycle while he was cycling across a zebra crossing in Hougang on Sunday (Apr 12).

Dashcam footage of the incident showed the crash happened at a slip road along Hougang Avenue 8 into Hougang Avenue 6.

The impact sent the cyclist flying, while his bicycle was flung across two merging lanes and into the path of an oncoming car. Authorities said that a 60-year-old driver is assisting with ongoing police investigations. #singapore #sgnews
