इनकम टैक्स में राहत के बाद मोदी सरकार ने अपने वादे के मुताबिक जीएसटी की दरों में बदलाव कर आम आदमी से लेकर किसान और छोटे उद्यमियों के इस्तेमाल में आने वाली सैकड़ों वस्तुओं को सस्ता कर दिया। अब जीएसटी की सिर्फ दो दरें पांच और 18 प्रतिशत होंगी। जीएसटी दरों में इस बदलाव से ब्रेड पराठा और दूध से लेकर एसी और कार तक सस्ते होंगे।
