This includes the Vande Bharat train running from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh to Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, which he will give the green signal to in Varanasi today. He will virtually inaugurate the remaining three Vande Bharat trains. The Varanasi-Khajuraho Vande Bharat train will be a boon for Purvanchal and Bundelkhand in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Small towns like Mahoba, Banda, and Chitrakoot will also be connected to the Vande Bharat network. This will also prove to be a major boon for rail passengers traveling to Vindhyachal. More than 14 Vande Bharat trains are currently operating in Uttar Pradesh. With the introduction of the two new Vande Bharat trains, more than 25 railway stations in the state will be connected to the Vande Bharat network.
