#ZeeNews IRCTC Scam Verdict Today: चुनाव से पहले मुसीबत में लालू परिवार! कोर्ट ने लगाई कौन-कौनसी धारा?

बिहार में विधानसभा चुनाव के बीच लैंड फॉर जॉब मामले में आरजेडी की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं. राऊज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद यादव और बिहार में नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव समेत सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ आरोप तय कर दिए हैं यानी अब इन लोगों के खिलाफ इस मामले में मुकदमा चलेगा. जिन धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय किए है, उनमें IPC 420, IPC 120B, प्रीवेंशन ऑफ करप्शन एक्ट की धारा 13(2) और 13 (1)(d) शामिल हैं. बता दें कि प्रीवेंशन ऑफ करप्शन एक्ट की धारा 13(2) और 13 (1)(d) सिर्फ लालू यादव पर लगी है. कोर्ट ने लालू यादव से पूछा क्या आप अपना अपराध मानते हैं तो लालू यादव समेत राबड़ी और तेजस्वी ने अपना अपराध मनाने से इनकार कर दिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि वह मुकदमे का सामना करेंगे. वहीं राबड़ी यादव ने कहा कि ये गलत केस है.

The sections under which the charges have been framed include IPC 420, IPC 120B, and sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. It should be noted that sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act apply only to Lalu Yadav. When the court asked Lalu Yadav if he admitted his guilt, Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav refused to admit their guilt. They said they would face the trial. Rabri Yadav, meanwhile, said this was a false case.
