उत्तराखंड में एक बार फिर से बादल फटने से भारी तबाही देखी जा रही है. देहरादून के सहस्रधारा इलाके में देर रात बादल फट गया. अब तक 15 लोगों की मौत, 16 लोग लापता और 900 से ज्यादा लोगों को NDRF और SDRF ने सुरक्षित निकाला है.
