बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण के लिए वोटिंग 7 बजे से शुरू हो गई है. 18 जिलों के 121 विधानसभा सीटों पर सुबह 11 बजे तक 27.65 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ है. बिहार सरकार के मंत्री मंगल पांडे ने कहा, ‘पूरे सीवान में लोग बहुत उत्साह के साथ मतदान केंद्रों पर जाकर अपने मतदान का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं. इसी दौरान सीवान में वोट डालने जा रहे एक शख्स चाकू मारा गया है.
Voting for the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections began at 7 am. By 11 am, 27.65 percent voter turnout was recorded across 121 assembly constituencies in 18 districts. Bihar government minister Mangal Pandey said, “People across Siwan are going to the polling booths with great enthusiasm to cast their votes.” Meanwhile, a man was stabbed while on his way to vote in Siwan.
