दिल्ली के रोहिणी इलाके में बुधवार देर रात बिहार पुलिस और दिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच की संयुक्त टीम ने एक बड़ा ऑपरेशन अंजाम दिया. इस एनकाउंटर में बिहार के चार मोस्ट वांटेड गैंगस्टर ढेर हो गए. मरने वालों में कुख्यात गैंग सरगना रंजन पाठक भी शामिल है, जिस पर हत्या, रंगदारी और लूट जैसे कई गंभीर मामलों में आरोप थे. जानकारी के अनुसार रंजन पाठक सिग्मा एंड कंपनी के नाम से गैंग चलाता था. बिहार के सीतामढ़ी और आपसपास के इलाकों में 5 हाइप्रोफाइल हत्याओं को इस गैंग ने अंजाम दिया था. पुलिस की तरफ से रंजन पर 25 हजार रुपये का इनाम रखा गया था.

A joint team of Bihar Police and the Delhi Police Crime Branch conducted a major operation in Delhi’s Rohini area late Wednesday night. Four of Bihar’s most wanted gangsters were killed in the encounter. Among those killed was notorious gang leader Ranjan Pathak, who was accused of several serious crimes, including murder, extortion, and robbery. According to reports, Ranjan Pathak ran a gang known as Sigma & Company. This gang had committed five high-profile murders in Sitamarhi and surrounding areas of Bihar. The police had placed a reward of 25,000 rupees on Ranjan.
