Camp Mystic Must Make Changes Before Reopening, Officials Say
Texas state health officials say Camp Mystic must make major changes to emergency procedures or it cannot reopen this summer. It comes after 25 children and two counselors were killed in catastrophic flooding at the camp last July. The camp has 45 days to make changes which include designating an “emergency preparedness coordinator and updating evacuation and parent notification plans.
