पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव के बीच सियासी घमासान तेज हो गया है. राहुल गांधी का 23 अप्रैल का कोलकाता दौरा प्रशासन द्वारा अनुमति न मिलने के कारण रद्द कर दिया गया है. कांग्रेस ने सीधा आरोप लगाया है कि ममता सरकार के इशारे पर पुलिस ने अंतिम समय तक अनुमति नहीं दी तो वहीं, ममता सरकार की मंत्री शशि पांजा कहा कि सार्वजनिक सभा के लिए आवेदन ‘सुविधा पोर्टल’ से करना अनिवार्य है और यह आवेदन 2 से 7 दिन पहले देना होता है.

The Congress party has directly alleged that, acting at the behest of the Mamata government, the police deliberately withheld permission until the very last moment; conversely, Shashi Panja—a minister in the Mamata government—stated that it is mandatory to apply for public meetings through the ‘Suvidha Portal,’ and such applications must be submitted between two to seven days in advance.
