Policy uncertainty, uneven access threatening investment in China: AmCham China
American companies in China are warning that policy uncertainty and uneven market access could undermine business confidence and long-term investment, even as China remains a critical market for many US firms. That is according to a new white paper released by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in China on Thursday (Apr 23). The business group is calling for tariffs and export controls to be limited strictly to genuine national security concerns between Beijing and Washington.
