नोएडा में श्रमिकों के हंगामे को लेकर बड़ी खबर आ रही है… गौतमबुद्ध नगर की डीएम मेधा रूपम ने उपद्रव करने वालों को सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी है। डीएम ने कहा है कि अगर आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी…या फिर एजेंसी के एम्प्लोयी ने कोई उपद्रव किया तो उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी एजेंसी की भी होगी…डीएम ने कहा कि उपद्रव करने वाले श्रमिकों की एम्प्लोयी एजेंसी को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा और उनका लाइसेंस भी रद्द हो सकता है…डीएम मेधा रूपम ने सभी कॉन्ट्रेक्ट एजेंसियों को आगाह किया है कि वो सरकार की गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक सैलरी दें…और उसे बैंक अकाउंट में ही ट्रांसफर करें…डीएम मेधा रूपम ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ये तय कर चुकी है कि अकुशल श्रमिकों को कम से कम 13 हज़ार 690 रुपए….अर्धकुशल श्रमिकों के लिए 15 हज़ार 59 रुपए…और स्किल्ड लेबर के लिए 16 हज़ार 868 रुपए हर महीने सेलरी देनी होगी… इसमें अगर किसी तरह की कोताही बरती गई तो सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Major news is emerging regarding the unrest involving workers in Noida. Medha Rupam, the District Magistrate (DM) of Gautam Buddh Nagar, has issued a stern warning of strict action against those engaging in unruly behavior. The DM stated that if an outsourcing agency—or any of its employees—indulges in any form of disturbance, the agency itself will be held accountable. She further added that the employment agencies representing the unruly workers would be blacklisted, and their licenses could also face cancellation. DM Medha Rupam has cautioned all contract agencies to adhere to government guidelines regarding salary payments and to ensure that these payments are transferred directly into the workers’ bank accounts. The DM noted that the State Government has mandated minimum monthly salaries of ₹13,690 for unskilled workers, ₹15,059 for semi-skilled workers, and ₹16,868 for skilled laborers. Any lapse or negligence in complying with these directives will result in strict punitive action.
