During the weeks-long conflict, the U.S. reportedly used a significant portion of its advanced weapon stockpile. According to a report by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), the Pentagon deployed nearly half of its stock of advanced air defense systems such as Patriot and THAAD. Additionally, around 1,100 long-range stealth missiles—originally reserved for potential use against China—were also used in the conflict with Iran.
