Reacting to the complaint filed by BJP against CM Omar Abdullah for violation of MCC, the NC Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar said that the complaint is unjustified as CM was replying to a query in the Assembly on the establishment of Law University. He said ECI will itself check the credentials of complaint. Dar said that PDP cannot blame NC for rejection of its Land Rights Bill, because that bill was not in the favor of people of J&K.
