New data shows spam robocalls hit six-year high
In a new report, consumer watchdog PIRG says robocalls are up 20 percent which means people are getting 420 million more calls each month. Experts say consumers should never provide personal information or credit card information to cold callers. NBC News’ Tom Costello has more.
