The Trump administration has cut federal funding to some programs designed to combat hate-fueled violence and domestic terrorism. NBC News’ Julie Tsirkin spoke to Brette Steele, the president of Eradicate Hate, one of the programs affected by the cuts, who says their work may be saving lives.
