Meanwhile, suspense persists regarding talks aimed at ending the conflict between Iran and the United States; conversely, Israel has once again launched attacks, accusing Hezbollah of violating the ceasefire. Citing 15 alleged ceasefire violations by Hezbollah over the past four days, Israel has resumed strikes in southern Lebanon. Prime Minister Netanyahu has ordered the Israeli military to carry out heavy strikes against Hezbollah positions. These latest Israeli attacks have wreaked significant havoc in the town of Safad al-Battikh in southern Lebanon, damaging numerous buildings. Israel asserts that its forces targeted the very Hezbollah positions from which attacks were being launched against Israel.
