शराब घोटाले के केस में अरविंद केजरीवाल को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में बड़ा झटका लगा है…जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा ही इस केस की सुनवाई करेंगी…. केजरीवाल ने अपनी पिटीशन में जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा को केस की सुनवाई से हटाने की मांग की थी…लेकिन जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा ने केजरीवाल की पिटीशन खारिज कर दी…खुद को सुनवाई से अलग करने से इंकार कर दिया…केजरीवाल ने पिटीशन पर सुनवाई के दौरान खुद ही अपनी दलीलें पेश की….कोर्ट में कहा कि जस्टिस जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा RSS से जुड़े लोगों के कार्यक्रमों में जाती है..इसलिए उन्हें जज की निष्पक्षता पर संदेह है….लेकिन अपने फैसले में जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता ने कहा.. न्याय किसी के सामने नहीं झुकता…किसी से नहीं डरता…. वो इस अर्जी को खारिज़ कर रही हैं…इस केस की सुनवाई वही करेंगी..और बिना किसी भय या पक्षपात के फैसला करेंगी…जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता ने कहा कि ये केस केजरीवाल के लिए विन-विन सिचुएशन वाला है..
Arvind Kejriwal has suffered a major setback in the Delhi High Court regarding the liquor scam case. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma will continue to preside over the hearings for this case. In his petition, Kejriwal had sought to have Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma recuse herself from hearing the matter; however, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma dismissed Kejriwal’s petition and refused to recuse herself from the proceedings. During the hearing on the petition, Kejriwal personally presented his arguments. He submitted to the court that Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma attends events organized by individuals associated with the RSS, and therefore, he harbored doubts regarding the judge’s impartiality. However, in her ruling, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma asserted that justice bows before no one and fears no one. She stated that she was dismissing the application, that she would continue to hear the case herself, and that she would deliver a verdict without any fear or bias
