According to data from April 2026, India is poised to face extreme heat. Statistics reveal that out of the 100 hottest cities in the world, 92 are located in India. An examination of the India Meteorological Department’s monthly report indicates that, due to the climate crisis, every season in the country is now being adversely affected.
