ट्रंप दो दिन के ब्रिटेन दौरे पर थे. ब्रिटेन से लौटने से पहले ट्रंप ने एक और धमाका कर दिया. जब लंदन में ट्रंप के सम्मान में स्टेट डिनर दिया गया और इसमें लंदन के मेयर सादिक़ ख़ान दिखाई नहीं दिए, जबकि सादिक़ ख़ान, ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री कियर स्टार्मर की लेबर पार्टी के नेता हैं. पिछले नौ साल से लंदन के मेयर हैं इसलिए सादिक खान की गैरमौजूदगी की चर्चा हुई. इसको लेकर ट्रंप से भी सवाल पूछा गया तो ट्रंप ने बिना लाग लपेट के कह दिया कि वो सादिक़ ख़ान का चेहरा नहीं देखना चाहते थे. इसलिए उन्होंने ब्रिटिश गवर्नमेंट से कहा था कि डिनर में सादिक़ ख़ान को न बुलाया जाए.

Trump was on a two-day visit to Britain. Before returning from Britain, Trump made another big surprise. When a state dinner was held in London in Trump’s honor, London Mayor Sadiq Khan was not present. Sadiq Khan is the leader of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s Labour Party. He has been London’s mayor for the past nine years, so Sadiq Khan’s absence was discussed. When Trump was asked about this, he bluntly said that he did not want to see Sadiq Khan’s face. Therefore, he had asked the British government not to invite Sadiq Khan to the dinner.
