शर्मनाक तस्वीरें यूपी के लखीमपुर खीरी जिले में से आई हैं. लाइब्रेरी में छात्रा से छेड़खानी का सीसीटीवी सामने आया है. सीसीटीवी वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस हरकत में आई. तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने मुक़दमा दर्ज कर आरोपी शहबाज उर्फ अमन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है.
