IMO: No country has the right to blockade international straits
US President Donald Trump warned that the US military would “eliminate” any Iranian ship that comes close to the US blockade in the Strait of Hormuz on April 13. Meanwhile, International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez emphasized that international law does not allow any country to restrict freedom of navigation through international straits.
