How cheaper clean energy fuels deeper China-Europe cooperation
China and Europe could double down on clean energy cooperation, especially in renewable power. The Octopus Energy Group, the UK’s largest energy supplier, announced a major joint venture with China’s PCG Power, marking a formal entry into the world’s largest clean energy market. Octopus founder and CEO, Greg Jackson joined the UK business delegation accompanying the British prime minister’s visit to Beijing, where CGTN’s Tian Wei had a chance to catch up with him.
