Al Jazeera says Washington is expected to continue enforcing the naval blockade and use mediators to keep some form of dialogue alive, even though there is no clear timetable for talks to resume. Al Jazeera’s assessment is that the U.S. will keep squeezing Tehran on two fronts at once: militarily through continued maritime enforcement and diplomatically through indirect mediation.
