Marineland threatens to euthanize 30 beluga whales as Ottawa, Ontario urge each other to take action
Marineland is threatening to euthanize all 30 of its beluga whales if it doesn’t receive emergency government funding.
The defunct amusement park has not been open to the public since the end of summer in 2024.
Twenty whales have died at Marineland since 2019.
