A tiny fishing village in northeastern Quebec may never be the same.
Fourteen locals from Bonne-Espérance, a small remote community only accessible by plane or boat, each won a share of a $50 million Lotto Max jackpot. Each winner will receive $3.5 million.
The windfall may change the town, but as Dan Spector reports, the town’s folks say it won’t change them.
