Gap in AI readiness between workers, employers in Southeast Asia: Survey
Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) is starting to show up in workplaces across Southeast Asia, helping people automate tasks such as brainstorming ideas. A new survey by Salesforce, which polled more than 4,000 knowledge workers in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines, shows that more than half are already using AI agents at work. But only about a third say their company is training them to do so. CNA’s Olivia Marzuki reports.
