A mysterious burning object believed to be space junk has crashed at a mining site in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Footage shows police officers in protective gear inspecting the large, charred debris found about 30 kilometres east of Newman. Authorities say the carbon fibre object appears to be a rocket tank or pressure vessel and the Australian Space Agency is investigating its origin.
