Bill Gates: AI is ‘so profound,’ its influence is ‘hard to overstate’
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates told CNBC on Tuesday that AI is the “biggest technical thing ever” in his lifetime and its influence is hard to overstate.

Asked if he thinks AI is a bubble, Gates said “there are a ton of investments that will be dead ends…but if you want to be a tech company, you don’t get to say no, let’s check out of this race,” noting similarities to the internet bubble.
