महिला आरक्षण बिल से जुड़ी इस वक्त की बड़ी ख़बर आ रही है.. संसद में जारी विशेष सत्र के बीच देश में महिला आरक्षण अधिनियम 2023 का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है…. इस एक्ट में विधायिकाओं में महिलाओं के लिए 33 फीसदी आरक्षण की व्यवस्था है…. कानून मंत्रालय की ओर से इस संबंध में कल यानी 16 अप्रैल को सरकारी नोटिफिकेशन भी जारी कर दिया गया… ये कानून संसद में महा-बहस के बीच आधी रात को लागू हुआ… हालांकि अभी इस बारे में यह जानकारी मिल नहीं सकी है कि 2023 के इस कानून को 16 अप्रैल से प्रभावी करने के लिए अधिसूचित क्यों किया गया…. जबकि संसद में इसी कानून में संशोधन करके इसे 2029 में लागू करने पर बहस चल रही है… इसके तहत लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं में एक-तिहाई सीटें महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित करने का प्रावधान है… इसमें यह स्पष्ट कर दिया गया था कि यह आरक्षण 2027 की जनगणना के बाद होने वाले परिसीमन के पूरा होने तक लागू नहीं हो सकता था. वर्तमान में लोकसभा में जिन तीन विधेयकों पर चर्चा हो रही है, उनका उद्देश्य इस आरक्षण को 2029 से लागू करना है….

Major news is breaking regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill. Amidst the ongoing special session of Parliament, the notification for the Women’s Reservation Act, 2023, has been issued across the country. This Act provides for a 33 percent reservation for women in legislative bodies. The Ministry of Law issued an official notification in this regard yesterday—April 16. This law came into force at midnight, amidst a heated debate in Parliament. However, it remains unclear why this 2023 Act was notified to become effective as of April 16, particularly given that a debate is currently underway in Parliament regarding an amendment to this very law to implement it in 2029. Under this legislation, there is a provision to reserve one-third of the seats in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies for women. It had been explicitly clarified that this reservation could not be implemented until the completion of the delimitation exercise following the 2027 census. Currently, the three bills being discussed in the Lok Sabha aim to implement this reservation starting from 2029.
