मोदी सरकार की तमाम कोशिशों के बाद भी लोकसभा में महिला आरक्षण संशोधन बिल गिर गया… सरकार बिल पास कराने के लिए दो तिहाई बहुमत नहीं जुटा पाई… इसके साथ ही पीएम मोदी का देश की आधी आबादी को पूरा हक देने का सपना अधूरा रह गया…. लोकसभा में महिला आरक्षण संशोधन बिल गिरने से महिलाओं को लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं में 33 फीसदी आरक्षण का रास्ता एक बार फिर बंद हो गया… लोकसभा में बिल गिरने बाद महिला सांसदों में जबरदस्त गुस्सा दिखा.. एनडीए की महिला सांसदों ने विपक्ष के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की… वहीं अब सरकार भी विपक्ष के खिलाफ संसद से सड़क तक लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए उतर आई है.. एनडीए के नेताओं ने फैसला किया है कि वो बिल का विरोध करने वाले सांसदों के क्षेत्रों में जाएंगे और विपक्ष के सांसदों के चेहरों के बेनकाब करेंगे… सरकार का कहना है कि लोकसभा में बिल नहीं पारित होने के बावजूद उनका संकल्प और अधिक मजबूत हुआ है….. एनडीए सरकार नारी सम्मान और महिला सशक्तिकरण की लड़ाई आगे भी जारी रखेगी….

Consequently, Prime Minister Modi’s vision of granting full rights to half of the country’s population remains unfulfilled. With the defeat of the Women’s Reservation Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha, the path toward securing a 33 percent reservation for women in both the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies has once again been blocked. Following the bill’s failure in the Lok Sabha, a wave of intense anger was evident among women MPs; female lawmakers from the NDA vociferously raised slogans against the opposition. Meanwhile, the government has now resolved to take the battle against the opposition beyond the confines of Parliament—from the House to the streets. NDA leaders have decided to visit the constituencies of those MPs who opposed the bill in order to expose the true faces of the opposition lawmakers. The government asserts that, despite the bill’s failure to pass in the Lok Sabha, its resolve has only grown stronger. The NDA government remains committed to continuing its fight for women’s dignity and empowerment.
