A Cartersville, Georgia man, Billy J. Cagle, was arrested on October 21, at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport after threatening to open fire inside the terminal. Atlanta police said Cagle, a known felon, was found in possession of a semiautomatic weapon.
