बिहार में नई सरकार के गठन के बाद विधानसभ का एक दिन का स्पेशन सेशन हुआ. मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी ने विश्वासमत पेश किया और आसानी से बहुमत साबित कर दिया. बिहार में NDA के पास 200 से ज्यादा विधायक हैं इसलिए विश्वासमत को लेकर कोई शक-ओ-सुबह नहीं था. लेकिन कॉन्फीडेंश मोशन पर चर्चा के दौरान विपक्ष के नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी पर पर्सनल अटैक किए. इस पर सम्राट चौधरी को गुस्सा आ गया.
Following the formation of the new government in Bihar, a one-day special session of the Legislative Assembly was convened. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary moved a motion of confidence and easily proved his majority. Since the NDA holds more than 200 MLAs in Bihar, there was absolutely no doubt regarding the outcome of the confidence vote. However, during the discussion on the confidence motion, Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav launched personal attacks against Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. This provoked an angry reaction from Samrat Chaudhary.
