पद्म विभूषण आशा भोंसले आज पंचतत्व में विलीन हो गई. मुंबई को शिवाजी पार्क श्मशान घाट में पूरे राजकीय सम्मान के साथ उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया गया. 92 साल की उम्र में आशा भोंसले का निधन हो गया था. हजारों लोगों ने आशा भोसले के घर जाकर उनके पार्थिव शरीर के अन्तिम दर्शन किए, उन्हें श्रद्दांजलि दी. दोपहर करीब 2 बजे आशा भोंसले के शव को तिरंगे में लपेटकर शिवाजी पार्क श्मशान घाट लाया गया..महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने उन्हें गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया.
Padma Vibhushan Asha Bhosle was today consigned to the five elements. Her last rites were performed with full state honors at the Shivaji Park crematorium in Mumbai. Asha Bhosle passed away at the age of 92. Thousands of people visited Asha Bhosle’s residence to pay their last respects to her mortal remains and offer their tributes. Around 2 PM, Asha Bhosle’s body, draped in the Tricolor, was brought to the Shivaji Park crematorium. The Maharashtra Police accorded her a Guard of Honor.
