संसद में अब से कुछ देर पहले महिला आरक्षण से जुड़े तीनों बिल पेश किए गए हैं.. इन बिलों में महिलाओं को लोकसभा और विधानसभाओं में 2029 से 33% आरक्षण देने का प्रस्ताव है…बिल के पास होने के बाद विपक्ष ने सरकार से कई सवाल पूछे…सपा सांसद धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने महिला आरक्षण में मुस्लिम और OBC महिलाओं को अलग से कोटा देने की मांग की है..इसका जवाब सरकार की तरफ से किरेन रिजिजू ने दिया..उन्होंने कहा संविधान के मुताबिक धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण नहीं दिया जा सकता…इसके बाद अखिलेश यादव उठे…उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार जनगणना कराना नहीं चाहती..सरकार महिला आरक्षण के नाम पर धोखा देने की कोशिश कर रही है..इस पर जवाब केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने दिया..उन्होंने कहा सरकार जाति जनगणना का फैसला ले चुकी है..जनगणना में अभी घरों की गिनती हो रही है…और घरों में कोई जाति नहीं होती..अखिलेश पर तंज कसते हुए अमित शाह ने कहा सपा घरों की भी जाति तय कर सकती है…लोकसभा में बिल के प्रस्ताव पर वोटिंग हुई… वहीं आरक्षण के मुद्दे को लेकर अमित शाह और अखिलेश के बीच भयंकर बहस हो गई…….

Just a short while ago, three bills related to women’s reservation were introduced in Parliament. These bills propose providing 33% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies, effective from 2029. Following the introduction of the bills, the Opposition raised several questions for the government. SP MP Dharmendra Pradhan demanded a separate quota for Muslim and OBC women within the framework of women’s reservation. Kiren Rijiju responded on behalf of the government, stating that, in accordance with the Constitution, reservation cannot be granted on the basis of religion. Subsequently, Akhilesh Yadav rose to speak; he alleged that the government is unwilling to conduct a census and is attempting to deceive the public under the guise of women’s reservation. Union Home Minister Amit Shah responded to these allegations, stating that the government has already taken a decision regarding the caste census. He explained that the ongoing census exercise currently involves the enumeration of households—and households, by their very nature, do not possess a caste. Taking a jibe at Akhilesh, Amit Shah remarked that the Samajwadi Party might well be capable of assigning a caste even to households. A vote was subsequently held in the Lok Sabha on the motion to introduce the bill, amidst which a heated debate ensued between Amit Shah and Akhilesh Yadav regarding the issue of reservation.
