Qatar condemns Israeli attack on residential buildings
Qatar has sent a letter to the United Nations Security Council, condemning what it calls a cowardly Israeli assault on residential buildings in Doha. Qatar’s Ambassador to the UN Sheikha Alya Al Thani said the criminal attack poses a serious threat to the security and safety of citizens and residents of the State of Qatar. She said Qatar will not tolerate this aggressive Israeli behaviour and will not accept any action targeting its security and sovereignty.
