Al Jazeera English India car explosion: Blast hits congested street in Delhi’s old quarter

India’s capital is on high alert after a car exploded near the historic Red Fort in the old city. At least 12 people were killed and more than 20 injured on Sunday night. Investigators say they have yet to determine the cause of the explosion.
