Al Jazeera English CELAC-EU summit: Leaders to discuss US strikes on boats in Caribbean

Leaders from the EU, South America, and the Caribbean are meeting in Colombia for a two-day summit. Officially, they are meant to discuss trade, cooperation, and investment. But this year’s summit has been overshadowed by US strikes on alleged drug-smuggling boats in the Caribbean and Pacific.
