Air Transat to cut flights over high cost of jet fuel
Air Transat is the latest airline to be making cuts to flight routes due to the surging cost of fuel linked to the U.S.-Israel Iran war. Transat A.T. Inc, which owns Air Transat, says it will lower flight frequencies on some routes to Europe and the Caribbean. Additionally, the resumption of flights to Cuba has been delayed until at least October due to the ongoing fuel shortage in that country.
