“Jointness… a necessity”: Rajnath Singh pitches synergy between forces at Tri-services Seminar
Addressing the Tri-Services Seminar, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, “Our army is considered as one of the best in the world and their values and approach is also praised… Their techniques, procedures and tactics have developed by conducting operations in various geographical conditions… The values and experiences learned by our army stayed a part of one particular service… And the other branch of the military did not get the benefit of it… A service should not stay separate so that it will handle everything in its domain, despite having the capability of doing so… The better alternative in today’s times is that we face the challenges together, and hence interoperability and jointness have become a necessity…” He also says, “Operation Sindoor is an example that when our forces work together, it increases the strength multifold and secures victory…”
