On Wednesday, September 17, the Border Roads Organization (BRO) celebrated the Silver Jubilee of the Border Roads Organization Women Welfare Association (BROWWA) in Delhi. The event was attended by BRO families and acclaimed Bollywood actress Nimrat Kaur. A special session delved into Nimrat’s upbringing as a fauji kid and how Army values continue to influence her professional journey. The cultural performances during the celebration beautifully showcased India’s vibrant unity in diversity. Lt Gen Raghu Srinivasan, PVSM, VSM, DGBR, along with Mrs. Sumita Raghu, President of BROWWA, felicitated the guests and acknowledged BRO families as the silent strength behind the nation’s brave defenders.
