Hours after Vladimir Putin unveiled Russia’s new nuclear-powered cruise missile ‘Burevestnik’, hailed as “invincible” and capable of flying 14,000 km nonstop for 15 hours, Kyiv was forced to admit its own missile woes. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Ukraine’s long-range Flamingo missile project is facing technical snags and financial delays. The Fire Point company behind Flamingo is also under a corruption probe, adding to Ukraine’s growing defense troubles.
