According to government records, it is shown that beneficiaries have collected their ration by giving their thumb impressions, but in reality, not a single grain reaches the rightful people. All the food supplies disappear midway and fill the pockets of corrupt dealers.
Villagers are distressed, spending nights on empty stomachs, while their rightful ration remains buried in government files.
However, ZEE Helpline raised its voice against this massive scam. After the report came out, the administration swung into action, and now steps have been initiated against this corruption.
